AI Solutions for Financial Services, Banking & Insurance

Banks, lenders, fintechs and insurers lose staff hours every day to routine calls, document checks and alert queues. We build AI voice agents, chatbots, automation, custom models and analytics that clear that volume, log every step and leave each credit and claims decision with your people.

Overview

AI solutions for financial services that stand up to an audit

Your contact center spends most of its day on the same few requests. What's my balance? Block my card. Send me last month's statement. Where is my claim? Behind the phones, analysts retype bank statements and payslips into loan files, compliance teams work through AML alerts one by one, and claims handlers chase photos and police reports by email. The Botss is a fintech AI development company that builds AI solutions for financial services: banks, lenders, microfinance providers, fintechs and insurers who want that routine volume handled without loosening control.

Nothing in finance can be a black box. Every system we build answers from your approved product terms, tariffs, policy wordings and procedures, records what it did and why, and passes any decision about credit, claims or a customer's money to a person. In practice that might be an AI voice agent that handles card blocks and payment reminders, a WhatsApp chatbot that pre-qualifies financing enquiries, automation that reads KYC documents and claim forms, or a fraud model that scores transactions for your analysts to review. We connect to what you already run, such as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Temenos, Mambu, Guidewire or Duck Creek, through their APIs.

Our closest published work comes from other regulated, high-stakes domains, and the patterns carry over directly. For Vikk AI we built a legal assistant that answers from verified sources in 30+ languages, serves 120,000+ users and hands complex questions to a lawyer. A bank needs the same thing for product and policy questions. For CanVisas we built an eligibility chatbot that pre-screens applicants and passes qualified leads to consultants, which is exactly how loan and policy pre-qualification works. For AA JoyLand we built WhatsApp support with document sending and an analytics panel.

We work with clients across the GCC, Pakistan, Europe and North America, and we design each system around the rules that apply where you operate: GDPR in the EU and UK, the UAE PDPL, the DIFC and ADGM data-protection regimes and CBUAE consumer-protection expectations, Saudi Arabia's PDPL and SAMA requirements for banks, State Bank of Pakistan guidance, FCA expectations in the UK, and TCPA rules for outbound calls in the US. Systems can run in your own cloud account and region, and you own the code and models outright.

The problem

Finance challenges we solve

01

Contact centers flooded with routine calls

Balance checks, card blocks, statement requests and policy-status calls fill the queue. Customers reporting fraud or an accident wait behind them, and long hold times turn into complaints.

02

Onboarding and KYC that drag on for days

Customers upload IDs, proof of address and trade licences, then wait while someone checks each file by hand. Many give up before the account is opened or the policy is issued.

03

Loan and policy files stuck in data entry

Credit analysts and underwriters retype bank statements, salary certificates, audited accounts and medical reports before any real assessment can begin.

04

Claims that are slow to start

First notice of loss arrives by phone, email and WhatsApp with missing photos, estimates and reports. Handlers spend days collecting documents before the claim can move.

05

Alert queues that outgrow the team

AML and fraud systems raise more alerts than analysts can clear. Each one means gathering context from several systems before anyone can judge whether it matters.

06

Regulators who expect an explanation

AI that touches credit, claims or customer funds must be explainable, auditable and supervised. A chatbot that guesses about fees or cover is a conduct risk, not a convenience.

What we build

AI services for Finance, Banking & Insurance

Use cases

AI use cases in Finance

AI call center for banks and insurers

A voice agent answers balance, card, statement and policy calls around the clock, verifies the caller and routes fraud, disputes and complaints to the right team with a summary.

Banking and insurance chatbots

Answers product, fee and cover questions on your app, website and WhatsApp from your approved documents, including Islamic finance products, in Arabic, English, Urdu and more.

Loan and financing pre-qualification

Asks applicants a short set of questions, checks them against your criteria and passes qualified leads to a loan officer or relationship manager with the answers attached.

KYC and onboarding document checks

Reads ID cards, passports, proof of address and trade licences, checks expiry dates and name matches, and prepares the file for your compliance team to approve.

Insurance FNOL and claims intake

Takes first notice of loss by phone or chat, collects photos and documents, and opens a complete claim so handlers start work on day one. This is where AI in insurance pays off fastest.

Collections and payment reminders

Polite reminder calls and messages before and after the due date, payment links, promise-to-pay capture and immediate handoff when a customer mentions hardship.

Fraud detection and AML alert triage

Models score transactions and applications for risk, and an assistant gathers the context and drafts case notes so analysts decide faster. The analyst always makes the call.

Credit and portfolio risk analytics

Explainable scoring support, early-warning signals and portfolio dashboards that help credit committees see trouble coming. Approval decisions stay with your credit team.

Why The Botss

Why Finance teams choose us

Designed around financial regulation

We design systems to support GDPR, the UAE and Saudi PDPL, CBUAE, SAMA, State Bank of Pakistan and FCA expectations, with encryption, role-based access, audit logs and hosting in your chosen region.

People make the decisions

AI prepares files, drafts notes and answers routine questions. Credit approvals, claim settlements, AML escalations and account actions go to a named person with full context.

Explainable and auditable

Chatbot answers trace back to a source document, models produce reason codes, and every automated step is logged, which gives your model risk and audit teams something concrete to review.

Built on your core systems

We connect to core banking, policy administration, CRM, contact center and payment platforms through their APIs instead of asking staff to switch tools.

Multilingual, including Arabic and Urdu

Customers in Dubai, Riyadh, Karachi or Manchester can talk to your AI in the language they prefer, and it uses the product terms your Sharia board or legal team has approved.

You own everything

Code, models and data stay yours, with 100% IP ownership. There is no lock-in, and you can host wherever your information security team requires.

FAQ

AI in Finance: FAQs

How is AI used in banking and insurance?

Mostly in the work around decisions rather than the decisions themselves. The common uses are answering customer calls and chats, onboarding and KYC document checks, loan file preparation, claims intake, collections reminders, fraud and AML alert triage, and risk and portfolio analytics.

Is AI for banks compliant with GDPR and local banking rules?

It can be designed to support them. We use encryption, role-based access, audit logs, data retention limits and hosting in your region, and we map the design to GDPR, the UAE and Saudi PDPL, central bank rules and your internal policies. Final compliance depends on how you operate it, so we work with your compliance team on sign-off.

Can AI approve loans or settle claims on its own?

Not in the systems we build. AI gathers documents, checks data and recommends, but a credit officer or claims handler makes the decision. That matters for fairness and explainability, and in markets like the US, lenders must give applicants specific reasons for an adverse credit decision.

Will AI replace our call center or operations staff?

No. It takes the repetitive calls, document checks and data entry so the same team can handle more customers and spend time on complex cases, complaints and hardship conversations.

Can AI work with our core banking or policy administration system?

Usually, yes. We integrate with platforms like Temenos, Finastra, Mambu, Guidewire and Duck Creek through their APIs or your integration layer, and through secure file or database feeds where no API exists. We confirm what your setup supports during discovery.

Do you build AI for Islamic banks and Takaful providers?

Yes. Chatbots and voice agents answer from product documents your Sharia board has approved, explain Murabaha, Ijarah or Takaful products in Arabic and English, and never issue rulings of their own.

Where is customer financial data stored?

Wherever your regulator and security team need it. We can deploy in your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, in a specific region such as the UAE or Saudi Arabia, and keep sensitive data out of third-party model training.

Do you work with fintech startups as well as banks?

Yes. As a fintech AI development company we build MVPs for founders as well as systems for established banks and insurers. Our Vikk AI MVP, a multi-agent assistant in another regulated field, took six weeks.

How long does an AI project for financial services take?

It depends on scope and integrations. Focused chatbots like our CanVisas and Estraha builds launched in three to four weeks. Projects that write to core systems or need model validation take longer, and we give you a timeline after discovery.

How much does AI for finance cost?

It depends on the use case, the number of systems involved, the languages and your security and hosting requirements. We scope each project and give a fixed quote after discovery. Book a call and we'll outline a realistic first phase.

Keep the judgment. Hand off the queue.

Tell us which queue costs your team the most hours: calls, KYC files, loan files or claims. We'll show you what AI would handle, what stays with your people and what it takes to build.
