Quality legal help is expensive, slow, and intimidating, leaving most people without answers to everyday legal questions. The challenge was to build a conversational legal assistant that could: deliver instant, accurate guidance tailored to a user's state laws; analyze uploaded legal documents in plain language; and seamlessly hand off to a verified human lawyer when a question went beyond self-service.

Vikk AI launched as a digital legal assistant serving users across all 50 U.S. states, answering questions across more than 50 legal categories in 30+ languages, with responses tailored to each user's jurisdiction. Users can ask questions, upload documents for AI analysis, and connect with independent lawyers — and the product has since grown to serve 120,000+ users.
