AA JoyLand Entertainment faced challenges in managing a high volume of customer inquiries and leads through traditional methods. Key challenges included: delayed response times, leading to missed opportunities; difficulty in qualifying and organizing leads effectively; lack of insights into customer interactions and chatbot performance; and inability to easily update the chatbot’s knowledge base to address new queries.
