Rikk AI was envisioned as a conversational real estate assistant, inspired by platforms like Perplexity.ai. The goal was to revolutionize property search by enabling users to interact naturally and find their desired properties effortlessly. This project focused on developing an MVP tailored for real estate businesses.
Challenge & Approach
Real estate platforms often struggle with static and non-intuitive property search experiences, leading to frustrated users and missed opportunities. The challenge was to create a dynamic, conversational property search assistant that could: simplify the property search process through natural language interaction; integrate accurate and up-to-date property data seamlessly; and provide intelligent responses and recommendations based on user preferences.

Rikk AI was built as an intuitive platform where users could search for properties through natural conversation, and receive detailed results, including images and videos. The system integrated property searches from Google and predefined websites, ensuring comprehensive results.
